A New Year & A New Red Butler……………

A brand new year and a new direction for rising UK rock-blues band Red Butler. The four piece has announced a “situation vacant” for a new vocalist, after the decision to change the current line-up.

Following positive reviews of their recently released second album, “Nothing To Lose,” and a cracking UK tour, the band aims to continue its journey to bigger success with the addition of a new singer. They pay tribute to Jane Pearce’s sterling work with them, and wish her well with her own future endeavours.

In the meantime, during that search for a permanent singer, rhythm guitarist Dan Spellman will take on the lead vocal duties.

Alex, Charlie, Mike, Dan and Management wish their fans, followers, family and friends a very, very happy new year and hope to see everyone out on the road at a gig soon.

“Thank you all for your continued support. We can promise you that 2017 is gonna be one hell of a year for Red Butler. Onwards and upwards…….” Red Butler

A New Dawn

Welcome to Red Butler’s brand new website. Having spent months honing the forthcoming album, ‘Nothing To Lose’, we felt we needed a completely fresh start to the website. Please let us know what you think, but before you do, we have other news to announce.

Nothing To Lose’ will be officially launched on 11th November and we are excited to announce that Golly Gallagher of GFI Promotions is handling the PR campaign. This is rapidly gaining momentum so keep an eye on our site and the media as news and reviews hit the streets. We are pleased to add that John Brown will be helping us with tour publicity. ‘Nothing To Lose’ is an important step in Red Butler’s journey and will feature heavily in the tour. Our aim is to please existing fans and try to reach the wider audience we know is out there.

We are delighted to welcome Dan Spellman (rhythm guitar and backing vocals) to the lineup. Dan worked with Alex and Charlie between 2008 and 2011 when they were just 14 and rocking local pubs as ColdHeat. We pride ourselves in projecting fun and energy at our shows and no-one that has seen one of the initial gigs can have failed to experience the impact of a five-piece Red Butler.

The website displays our forthcoming gigs but even at this late stage we are adding more events to the Autumn tour. Special mention must go to our recently announced support gig with the superb Laurence Jones at Sutton’s Boom Boom Club on Saturday 22nd October. Other surprises are in the pipeline so watch this space …..
